I received the timely response for my request with price and volume; I received a phone reminder about the time for me to check in; Through check in process, Deji explained the rules with good clarity; I appreciate the extra service in the future for the Big Yellow Self Storage to receive my parcels. This will be a good reason for me to keep using the storage.
