Before I arrived, the van arrived with my things and the driver I had hired. The company provided him with some trolleys so that he could unload my things, which I later used to transport them. Also when I arrived at the reception Shane was super friendly and helped me with all my doubts, even offering me water when he saw that I was arriving in a hurry. I couldn't have had a better experience and advice.
