When I first made enquires I spoke to Richard who gave us a great deal in comparison to another storage facility he was also super helpful and lovely to speak to. On arrival we met Emily she was absolutely lovely super helpful and explained everything perfectly.

Gemma provided excellent customer service, was very friendly and showed me the room before committing to the contract and I'm very grateful she did as I upgraded the initial booking.

Efficient, welcoming, and answered all questions quickly and fully.
