I’d done an original quote when we first needed the storage and the service was quick and agent was lovely and helpful then I redone the quote once getting a moving date and again Bex was ever so helpful explaining everything

I can’t praise Rebecca who dealt with my query and booking highly enough. I phoned a bit stressed and needing to find a storage unit at short notice. She was really friendly and helpful on the phone and answered all my questions and got everything sorted really quickly. I was then able to visit and move my stuff in a couple of days later. My removals (house clearance solutions) were known and highly rated by Armadillo and equally the removal company rated Armadillo which gave me extra confidence in both! On the day Rebecca helped get me all set up while the removals were able to get started moving things in. Through a very stressful house moving process (with many issues) Armadillo (and the removals company) are a real highlight who made that part of the process very straightforward and easy. I can’t thank you enough for that! Although I dealt mainly with Rebecca (I hope that’s the right name!) other people I met in the office were equally friendly. I would highly recommend Armadillo to anyone

All went well from enquiry to booking but store insurance was sprung on me 2 days before moving in as it was not specified earlier that insurance is compulsory. Had to hunt around online to get better quotes from other insurers at last minute. Not something I was happy with.
