No complaints - I found it straightforward and staff were very helpful responding to my queries and offering suggestions.

Rebecca was very efficient and knowledgable, she made the difference for me choosing against safe store which was actually closer. Explained everything really clearly and was very hospitable

Richard was superb throughout. The quote was easy, the website straight forward and access good as well as being secure. The idea that you cannot update your comments over time using the web site is odd and the 1-2 hour waiting time to get approved your own insurance just unnecessary bureaucracy. Hence the scoring.

The process wasn't as clearly explained as I'd hoped but on arrival, the staff were extremely helpful.
