Very easy process and helpful manager

My experience as a disabled person who cannot come to the store in person has been very positive. Your Newcastle branch staff were flexible and solution-focussed.

Thought my enquiry was handled briliantly, very well explained and really helpful in choosing the correct storage space. Friendly service and hastle free.

Everything from my initial phone call was handled with ease and everyone I encountered was most helpful. Madelyne especially was so helpful and pleasant when I visited the reception, and could not have been nicer.

Everything was very smooth. Also staff was super friendly, which put me at ease during a very stressful time.
