From first contact to putting my things in my room it was very easy dealing with Rebecca who made me feel very welcome

Handled well, didn't feeled pressured into making a decision and was given plenty of information to make an informed decision

We eventually reached a 3rd storage unit after the 1st one having shelves in. The 2nd one could not be opened.
