Great staff with an appropriate service

Great service from Jade who was really helpful and informative with a really friendly attitude

Friendly staff, very responsive with answers to emails prior to check in, Everything fully explained. Approachable staff, especially Jade and David.

Excellent service and good information: not always 100% consistent across staff. Jade is a standout asset to your company: calm, sympathetic, full of information and suggestions. Am thinking ofnhiring a further space based solely on her recommendations. Josh and David very friendly but unclear who the manager was initially.

Service is good and lock ups are clean. However they did price match me a 75ft room and promised itl be on the ground floor But when i got there they had moved me upstairs. Not happy but when you turn up with a rented van full of stuff i had to take it.

Good storage Irritating that no food stuffs can be left particularly when short term storing between uni accommodation. Would have thought non-perishable and tinned foods would have no reason not to be stored as long as covered away.

Everyone was really friendly and went out of their way to make sure I understood what I was doing as a first time customer. The storage is secure.

Jade showed me round with enthusiasm and was very professional. It was my first time using a storage unit and she answered every query I had very sufficiently. The unit itself was clean, well kept and was a good size.
