This was my first experience of using self storage. Plus: Very helpful and friendly staff, using the storage seems very good so far from the practical point of view. Not so good: I was unprepared to have to provide a detailed list of what I am storing and the cost of the replacement of each of all the items new, even if some things were bought second hand or are of little monetary value. Also it seems that if I want to change what I am storing I have to go through the whole process again. I imagine it's somewhere in the small print, but it would have helped to know all this in advance.
