Emily and Lena were so lovely, helpful, personable and made me feel so at ease!

I reserved a storage with Armadillo and I must say I was so pleased with the lady I spoke with on the phone multiple times. She was so helpful and friendly. I went to see the storage prior to booking and the staff once again was really kind, and easy going, not as pushy as some other places. I was happy to be able to make a reservation on a space, and easily cancel, if my plan changed. Which it did, I no longer need the storage room but I wanted to live a comment, as their service was outstanding throughout the whole experience. If I do need self storage in future, I'd be booking with them!

The quality of service here is excellent – the staff are pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond what might be expected. The prices are very competitive too, so what's not to like?

We were given a warm welcome and thorough explanation about the services the company could provide. I cannot remember the receptionists name but she was very patient and took time to consider which option of storage unit would be the most appropriate. The environment was scrupulously clean, secure and accessible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Armadillo for storage needs.

We needed emergency storage and they accommodated us rapidly, they were very helpful and kind.

My room developed a roof leak. The staff quickly found me an alternative and helped me move. Friendly and helpful.
