Dominic- Dom, was the biggest highlight, he was so helpful, he gave me exceptional service , explaining everything to me with kindness and patience. 5* for him!

Speed of service, everything else was really good though. It took me about an hour from arriving at reception to get access to my storage unit even though there was only 1 customer ahead of me and I checked in online.

Fantastic service, from phoning up to request a storage unit at the last minute due to my flat move dates that had changed, to the quick, clear and friendly check-in process upon arriving a few hours later!
