Customer reviews for Nine Elms Self Storage

Very easy and thorough check in by Domonic. 5*

I was going through a lot during 2023-2024 and ended up living all my stuff in their storage unit while I figure myself out . They have been support and helpful. It’s nice to deal with a team that do have a beating heart 💗. I really recommend them .

An amazing experience! I accompanied a friend to store some belongings today, and the overall service was professional and perfect! Dominik's service was especially impressive. He was like “SpongeBob”, working with enthusiasm and patience. I will definitely choose this storage facility again. Thanks again to Dominik!

I made a mistake with unit sizing however the issue was smoothly resolved by Dominic within a matter of seconds & I managed to get a suitable unit for my belongings which put me at ease. Also big thanks to Frank removals service for a smooth transition into yellow storage, I do highly recommend their services.
