Professional, helpful and friendly service and a well priced product

I had booked a storage space however I was running late due to the removal men not being on time. This meant I was going to be late to get to do the administration and actually loading my things in to storage. Tristan said he would wait around until we arrived (and this was after closing). Tristan was very professional, polite, flexible and explained the process thoroughly and made it easy to understand.

Very easy getting everything started. Got the information ho how to access and where the unit is. Suggestion would be to make the access 24h by default
