I never used a storage facility before. My booked “man with a van” was delayed by hours and than cancelled my booking. I kept my chosen BigYellow storage up to date and they have been very kind and so I didn’t lost my nerves. I actually than went to the office to do all the paperwork and got a very good and all explaining tour and even a free two days late access. I couldn’t have chosen a better place.
