My first call was handled very well. I deal with a lot of storage companies in my line of work, but I found my first calls with Adulu were handled really efficiently. Within 5 minutes we had my rooms reserved.

Yes this was fine. One comment I would make was all the phone calls seem a bit over the top.

They made it very very simple for me. I received emails with full information following the initial visit to store and viewing of the space to work out what size unit would be most appropriate. Everything was laid out and simple.

Andre was incredibly helpful in helping us understand which lock up would be best for us. He showed the options, explained the differences in price and then ran us through the processes. Overall, it was a very smooth process and Andre was able to answer any question we had!
