Very easy and good srvice

My queries were well dealt with, I would say Big Yellow seem to have quite an aggressive strategy, calling every day until I booked and then calling very often again ahead of the move, despite me calling back and saying everything was ready and I'd checked in online, I was still receiving calls 'just to check in'

Abdul was great - he contacted me as soon as we requested a quote online and offered to match another very competitive quote we received from another company. He was very friendly and professional from the outset, and very clear in explaining the process. Very easy move-in.

My initial enquiry was handled extremely well. Sammi was helpful in explaining what I needed and was accommodating of my potential need for more storage. The booking and moving process was also very straight forward and efficient.
