Very good service

I made contact initially via the website. I submitted my requirements and was told to wait for a call back. Within minutes i had several sites call me and discuss my requirements. My requirements were a bit unique as I needed a plug socket and light in my unit. I was professionally advised by Samie from the Nine Elms unit. He did everything in his power to accomodate my request, timeline and budget.

The team are absolutely fabulous. Andre booked me in and organised the room etc. He was incredibly helpful in helping me to understand how big a space I needed. Samie then helped me the following day to get things organised, padlock etc. They were so friendly, no problem to big. Best customer service I’ve received ever

I was quite impressed with how responsive, upon my enquiry, a team member was in contacting me to answer any questions I might have about using BYSelf Storage.

Overall found it very easy to understand the process to quote, reserve and move into our storage space. I don’t like having to provide my personal details in order to understand pricing (via a quote) and I suggest having a general pricing bracket based on post code alone and then offering personalized pricing via a quote. I think asking for personal details will deter many potential customers who are on the fence.

Everything was perfect. The only but will come to the website as the insurance is not mentioned anywhere whatsoever, its mandatory and adds up an almost 33% of the price. This was flagged before I came in over the phone so at least that was ok.

I have to say I was not looking forward to looking for storage as thought it would be very complicated and stressful... however I had the most incredible support from Samie the store manager, who made my entire process, smooth and stressfree. The other associates Abdul and Andre also helped me out significantly, explaining the entire process, being patient and overall just accommodating during a very stressful time for me.

Overall it was a great and easy experience in arranging the storage I needed. Special thanks to Abdul, Andre and Samic for all their help.
