Samie from the Nine Elms team was quick to respond to my initial bookings and offered advice on the boxes I’d need and room size, in fact suggesting I go up a room size which I’m very grateful for because we really needed the space. Samie handled our booking very professionally.
I was contacted by Samie, he was pleasant and truly worked with me on agreeing on price I was looking for, I loved his energy and persuasiveness, he was genuine and made me trust choosing Big Yellow and made me cancel my other storage company I reserved just minutes prior to his call. Abdul was fantastic when checking me in and completing my contract. Eager to show me storage room options and offering advice, caring and going above and beyond my expectations by offering me covers for furniture and ensuring everything is prepared for my delivery. He also helped with my heavy trolley loaded with books. I couldn't be happier and more satisfied being taken care of by both Samie and Abdul.

We had a shipment coming from Dubai and due to COVID-19 regulations there were complications with getting it through customs. Andre couldn't have been more kind and helpful with my booking. Wanted to see how much it will cost and they called straight away, easy checkin. on the website they said they hellp with Van and man, but all they did was gave the number, wasnt happy about it. When i came i had really nice customer servise from Abdul, really nice guy, made my moving into storage stress-free, explained and showed everything.
