Easy to understand and good explanation

Nice to get a call back from the store rather than a call centre. Did a good deal on the phone with a pleasant chap so you got my business.

Excellent service.

My original enquiry was handle by Andre, who agreed the promotion with me. I was very pleased with the deal, and his professionalism. Following that my check in was dealt with by Abdul, who went through all the details with me, showed me the room and explained everything very well, accurately and efficiently. Finally yesterday, I moved in and was supported by Sammy who provided me with a large glass of chilled water as I was in desperate need of a drink after moving the boxes. All in all, great team that seem to compliment each other and work well together.

Abdul and Andre were helpful and accommodating. All information I needed was covered and explained thoroughly. However, to me, the final storage unit price wasn't translated straightforwardly and logically. There was a miscommunication regarding the VAT and insurance, which I thought were already calculated in the total amount. Customers are interested in the total cost and don't want unpleasant blows when it comes to payment. We solved the issue in the end, and I am pleased with the facilities and service.

The team are very professional, and samy is a good professional tees who knows how to put you at ease and makes everything easy, he always finds a solution to everything.

The whole process was seamless and someone was in touch almost immediately to make sure everything was understood and to see if I had any queries etc
