Customer reviews for Nine Elms Self Storage

I was contacted by Samie, he was pleasant and truly worked with me on agreeing on price I was looking for, I loved his energy and persuasiveness, he was genuine and made me trust choosing Big Yellow and made me cancel my other storage company I reserved just minutes prior to his call. Abdul was fantastic when checking me in and completing my contract. Eager to show me storage room options and offering advice, caring and going above and beyond my expectations by offering me covers for furniture and ensuring everything is prepared for my delivery. He also helped with my heavy trolley loaded with books. I couldn't be happier and more satisfied being taken care of by both Samie and Abdul.

smooth running from start, changing storage units to closing unit down. this was my first time using a storage unit and it was super easy thanks to the staff

My account has been managed by the wonderful team at Nine Elms, especially Andre. We had a shipment coming from Dubai and due to COVID-19 regulations there were complications with getting it through customs. Andre couldn't have been more kind and helpful with my booking. He provided the best solution for my storage and was so knowledgeable about the pricing and size options available. I can honestly say Andre and the whole Nine Elms Team have provided the best customer service that I've received in London in years. Andre, thank you so much for going above and beyond to make something that could have been incredibly stressful much easier, I really appreciate everything you have done in managing my booking.

Samie was super helpful and professional from start to end. I did not expect to be treated better in a storage unit than in luxury hotels.
