Tracey and Michael who helped with my initial enquiries were absolutely fantastic and very very helpful

There was a little misunderstanding between which store I was moving into and checking-in online but that was my fault really for getting a quote from 2 stores. However the Nine Elms store made it very easy to sort out any outstanding information.

All very easy and staff extremely helpful.

The overall process was very easy and very well explained by the team. The new digital signing service was also very quick and user friendly.

The team at Nine Elms storage have made moving out of my house very easy!! Samie and Abdul have been helpful with my email and phone enquiries and we not pushy in their sales, just made me aware of what was on offer which made a change! On arriving at the storage, Andre was very informative and ensured any questions were answered. He was able to secure me a better pricing deal for 12 weeks of storage which is very much appreciated. I will be recommending the Nine Elms team to any other friends when they need storage.

I am very happy with how everything was handled. From the enquire online until the check in at the storage. Everything was explained and the team at the storage (Andre, Abdul and Samil)was really nice and welcoming.
