Extremely easy, love having a phone call so I could easily ask any questions but to do the initial sign-in process. Staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone too.
Very easy and practical
Your employee made the whole experience very enjoyable and easy. I had a moment of stress in your office for a few minutes but everything was handled very well so I stopped worrying very quickly.
The staff are great, friendly and super clear.
Exceptional
Very positive experience, easy and smooth moving-in. All staff was very nice and helped me out if I had questions or things to resolve. Thank you Andre!
Everything was easy and made sense
Abdul was very helpful in explaining how everything worked. Would recommend this to a friend. Andre and Sam were also helpful in getting signed up
I walked into the store in Nine Elms and had nothing pre booked. Thankfully Andre the Assistant store manager was fantastic. He showed me the unit first & then completed the paperwork. Everything was explained in detail and any queries I had were answered. He is a credit to the store & the reason why I would solely recommend this facility over others. Thanks again Andre!
There was a little misunderstanding between which store I was moving into and checking-in online but that was my fault really for getting a quote from 2 stores. However the Nine Elms store made it very easy to sort out any outstanding information.
