I'm making a formal complaint because I wasn't given the correct information regarding access, I've had to spend more for alternative storage in the interim and it also wasn't explained to me that onjy 1 lift was working.
Booked it all online Went to office to sign up Chris looked after me very professionally, explained how it all works, took me to view my unit, organised insurance etc I was very impressed

The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding of the fact that I was at work and were able to assist by allowing me to come later in the day to sign the relevant documentation for taking one of Big Yellow's storage units. The unit appeared to be in a good condition and, although a tight squeeze, fit a lot of stuff in it!
Moving is a stressful time so dealing with helpful, friendly people helps a lot. Samie and Zeinab were the people who helped me.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly during check-in. The facilities felt secure and safe.
