Had lots of help from Chris. He made this all a very painless and easy process. Nice guy. You get a lot of people who just can't be bothered nowadays but Chris was very helpful and a good bloke.
Karen and Michael were both very nice and friendly. They explained everything and showed me around. My registration was very easy and fast, especially as I checked in online
Service was quick and professional throughout. I would have preferred more options with the insurance requirements
The staff at the Nine Elms store, led by manager Michael Blackshaw, are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, personable. They made the whole experience very easy and free of hassle in what's been a stressful time with our house move. Thanks very much again to them.
Lift didn't work on arrival - needed to get 2 sofas to the 4th floor. Check in wasn't very flexible at the weekend. Additional insurance charge wasn't made clear. Seven days notice to terminate wasn't explained prior to payment. Unable to downgrade with offer... only available on upgrade.
Your team were very friendly and helpful both before and after I arrived. I was a little stressed and they were understanding and kind.
I'm making a formal complaint because I wasn't given the correct information regarding access, I've had to spend more for alternative storage in the interim and it also wasn't explained to me that onjy 1 lift was working.
Booked it all online Went to office to sign up Chris looked after me very professionally, explained how it all works, took me to view my unit, organised insurance etc I was very impressed
