What you did particularly well was employ Gary and Joseph. I do hope that head management realise that these two people do your company an amazing service by being one thing: COMPASSIONATE. They are honesty two of the best ‘front of house’ people that I’ve ever come across and that’s across every sector including Hospitality. I’d hazard a guess that most people that use storage facilities have been through something tough and to put your favourite possessions in a cold lock-up is tough so the fact that Gary and Joseph CHOOSE to make each of your customers at ease is something that you, as employers, really really should take notice of.
