Joseph Whitby was beyond accommodating. I have never received better customer service than from him. I arrived late too to check in but he kindly made an exception so I was able to get storage for all my things. I wasn’t sure which size of storage I need but He was very knowledgeable & kind and made sure I only pay for the size of storage that I need conscious of cost. He really and moved heaven and earth to find the best possible space for me.

Outstanding staff, the prices are too high however

What was done particularly well is that the staff members Joseph and Omar were very helpful, understanding and very professional.
