I would say that it is extremely easy to use all platforms and understand all enquiries at Big Yellow Storage. The online database is very organised and straight foreword as I quickly booked a storage space within no time, and then went to the North Kensington branch and was told a step to step process on the ins and outs of all I needed to know.

My only problem was not being able to pre-book online, as I had no idea what was actually going into the storage until the day of moving in, and this was required on the website.

My enquiry was handled my James at the Scrubs Lane location. He clearly outlined pricing and what was required of me to rent a unit. This made the process and move into the space quick and easy.

I had already used BYNK to store things for 5 years. I know the facility well and think you do a professional job. The lockers are clean, safe and secure from the elements. I trust that my property will be safe. I find all your front of house people very friendly and helpful. My interactions were mostly with Joseph and was superb at his job. He helped to sort out the best locker for my things and facilitated easy access for the movers. It was a non-stress experience which I appreciate.

I received a call shortly after filling a form online and found it to be very convenient and easy to book and store away my things. Joseph at the Kensington storage was very helpful and explained the process to me really well. He upgraded my storage for the same rate, I was overall very happy with the customer service and will definitely recommend it.
