When I first contacted Big Yellow they were incredibly helpful with any queries that I had prior to using any kind of storage. I was under a considerable amount of stress to move out of my property and transfer to storage and Joe from North Kensington honestly made my move manageable. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but and absolutely lovely man with wonderful costumer service. He offered me advice and educated me on everything that I needed to know concerning the safety and rules of using the space. Not only have I recommended Big Yellow to my friends but have also spoken highly of Joe's service, he is a credit to your company.
