Great customer service from Joseph and Ben. They were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Thorough explanations and very nice to my son who was with me.

Really good customer service, everything very well explained and lots of help in getting the right amount of storage space for me.

Customer service was the best. Ben and Joe were very helpful and nice. Very personalized to each customer. I would recommend to a friend 100% and if I need to come back I will choose Big Yellow again.

The customer service level is very very high standard was made to feel almost anything was possible they went above and beyond to make accommodate my needs late on a sunday 1 hour hour before closure

The whole process ran smoothly. All my questions were answered. The staff was polite and helpful.

Every single member of staff has been above and beyond helpful,kind,understanding and patient-moving house is a stressful time and they have made it as easy and simple as possible. Nothing too much problem for them-despite my head being in a spin. Truly grateful to them all. Brilliant offer on the room rent too..

Joseph at North Kensington was really helpful, answered any questions I had and made a lovely cup of tea :)
