Poppy (Big Yellow North Kensington) gave amazing customer service, thoroughly explained everything and gave us the best options that suited our needs. She made the whole experience incredibly simple and enjoyable!
The check-in was smooth; you can personally put the items in the storage space; you can come and go from your storage unit as you please.

The manager Joseph has the politeness and friendliness of a concierge in a 5-star hotel. He and his colleagues (Poppy?) made me feel welcome and at the right place. The facility is well organised and clean.
