He went above and beyond to make the whole process easy, clearly explaining everything and making sure I had exactly what I needed. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. If you’re looking for storage with top-notch customer service, I can’t recommend this place and Helder enough. Especially for students!
