I found the big yellow self storage very helpful, from helping with the size of room I would need to putting my date back as my moving date kept changing. Helder was so friendly and professional, he helped me through each point. I couldn’t have wished for someone so helpful. Ethna also was helpful and friendly, she did my paperwork on the day of arrival, that offer of a drink was appreciated after the Stress of the last few weeks. I highly recommend the big yellow self storage Norwich .
