Helder and Loads4Less were great in their service in removal, but Helder at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly, would recommend!

This is my second time renting a locker from big yellow self storage, and the experience has been amazing. Booking and reserving the locker itself was a very simple process online. Gavin was the one to help me during the check in presses when I moved my things in, he explained the entire presses clearly and answered any questions I had.
