Came in on a Sunday 20 minutes before closing and Helder working was so lovely and helpful. Great service and got everything sorted perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility in the area!!
Great storage unit company, willing to be flexible and have worked with us to change our rooms as we grow as a business! Big thanks to Rob and the team who have gone above and beyond and don’t just give the “computer says no” default responses - Rob genuinely cared about trying to help us out and can only recommend this business to others
Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. Thanks Helder
Helder was a great help in getting me settled into my unit. Explained everything to me perfectly without it being too overbearing, will definitely come back if I need to/recommend to others :)
Very quick and efficient service with employee Gavin. Would highly recommend
Great service! Rob and Gavin were extremely helpful especially as I was all alone!!!
Helder was very helpful and spoke through the whole process and made it sound really straightforward! Answered any queries we had very well ! I do recommend:))
Even though we arrived close to closing time due to our taxi getting delayed, Gavin stayed late without any fuss to make sure we were fully sorted. He went out of his way to help us, and made what could've been a bit of a stressful situation and as well easily could have told us they were closing but instead took us in, and was relaxed and easy. You don't often come across service like this anymore so thank you Gavin, for going the extra mile. It really made a difference!
Very pleased with the overall experience (:
Great service, member of staff I was talking to, Helder, was very helpful and kind, couldn't recommend more
