All the people there are lovely, very helpful, great sense of humour. I am in a wheelchair and they did all the button pressing for me, offered me coffee/tea/water while I waited for my man-in-van to unload my stuff into the storage. The facility itself is very modern and clean, all the technicals you could need, and they even have packing goods to buy onsite. I was impressed.
Very informative and excellent customer service, felt at ease as a first time storage user and process was quick and nothing seemed too much trouble. Helder is a credit to your company.

The people work there is very patient. He explains everything very clear. The lock I bought there is very strong. I am happy with the service in the Big Yellow and would like to back to there again. The room is very clean and the space is bigger than I imagined.
