Excellent service from the chap on the reception. Couldn't have been more helpful

All the people there are lovely, very helpful, great sense of humour. I am in a wheelchair and they did all the button pressing for me, offered me coffee/tea/water while I waited for my man-in-van to unload my stuff into the storage. The facility itself is very modern and clean, all the technicals you could need, and they even have packing goods to buy onsite. I was impressed.

Very good customer service. Answered any questions I had clearly and simply, Helder De Sousa was incredibly help and made the stress of moving so much easier. Great space, makes my stuff feel very secure.

Friendly staff, clean facility, great location

The people work there is very patient. He explains everything very clear. The lock I bought there is very strong. I am happy with the service in the Big Yellow and would like to back to there again. The room is very clean and the space is bigger than I imagined.
