Everything about the storage was explained very clearly and and the service received on our first visit was very good.

Everything from first phone enquiry about taking space to how easy and thorough the experience of checking in was on the day of taking up the storage room for the first time.

I would love to share my experience. I was just initially browsing on the internet to get an rough idea of the cost that’s when I registered by interest with you guys. After some time I got a call from Rob, who was so helpful in answering all my queries especially for me who is new to self storage. A big shout out to him because of him I didn’t even have an second thought of looking elsewhere. Thank you Rob really appreciate your help on the same.

The ease of getting set up from the initial review of needs to showing me an example store and explaining all of the costs in detail.

All the staff were really friendly and ever so helpful. I even needed to buy 2 wardrobe boxes and Ethna a lady who was very keen to make the boxes for me whilst I unloaded the rest of my belongings.
