I would love to share my experience. I was just initially browsing on the internet to get an rough idea of the cost that’s when I registered by interest with you guys. After some time I got a call from Rob, who was so helpful in answering all my queries especially for me who is new to self storage. A big shout out to him because of him I didn’t even have an second thought of looking elsewhere. Thank you Rob really appreciate your help on the same.

The ease of getting set up from the initial review of needs to showing me an example store and explaining all of the costs in detail.

I called before the date of my move in to get clarification on the process and some details, I spoke with Rob who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and nice. He reassuringly let me know he was working on the date of my move in and was amazing in helping

Incredibly well organised. Gavin was great and helped explain everything to us! Made everything so much easier

All the staff were really friendly and ever so helpful. I even needed to buy 2 wardrobe boxes and Ethna a lady who was very keen to make the boxes for me whilst I unloaded the rest of my belongings.

Rob was very friendly, informative & helpful.

Clean wide spaces. Well lit Staff were very helpful when I moved in. Rob helped me with where to park and the use of trolleys/gates etc
