I found you on line,and the booking in and reservation were fairly simple . Helder, (member of staff) guided me through the booking in process . He was very helpful and gave appropriate information in a clear and concise manner.

Initially, I called to enquire and was assisted by Helder from the Norwich branch. He was helpful and provided lots of information that I needed to make my final choice. Overall, he provided me with great assistance and even informed me about the discounts available for boxes and overall rent charges. He also gave me a rundown of the entire procedure from online check-in to the official moving day and even options for the moving-out day in September. When I visited the unit to see the unit for myself, Helder gladly gave me a tour of the place and even showed me the storage unit per my request. On the moving day itself, Rob, the manager of the branch, attended to me as I signed the official documents and made the payments. He was informative, thorough and very helpful. Both staff members were helpful and showed great professionalism. I heavily appreciate the service I received that day and all previous interactions with the company prior to finalising my decision.
