Very simple, swift and straight forward. Simply removed all of the uncertainty around using self-storage.

Very quick responses to queries and made what could have been a stressful situation (corresponding from another country) easy to manage. Allowed a friend to move my items for me since I couldn't do it myself. Payment was made over the phone. Very convenient

Helpful and friendly. We are in process of moving home needed some belongings in storage but had no idea what size I would need. Rob made some recommendations and took the time to show me some units to get an idea of the sizes. Found one that was ideal for my needs. Rob explained the booking process and coded access clearly.

Couldn't find fault with the two people at Big Yellow at the Norwich base. Both Ethna and Gav were really helpful, if only other companies had nice, amicable people in reception area it would make life more pleasant.

Very efficient service by both Rob and Gavin, both of whom guided me through all I needed to know without any fuss. My move into storage has not happened yet, due to a removal van breaking down, so the last question is hopefully the right answer!
