My whole experience of hiring a space in Yellow Box was very easy & the staff were very helpful and accommodating & very considerate in what is a stressful and upsetting time fir me, I dealt with Rob yesterday who was very kind and helpful.
I was greeted by Rob in reception who was so helpful and welcoming.
Good facilities and easy entry. Paperwork and internet signing in too complicated, couldn't use online setup.
1. Always prompt response for any enquiries phone or email. 2. genuinely knowledgeable
