Customer reviews for Norwich Self Storage

Helder at the Norwich branch was kind and courteous to me. I found the whole experience from admin to moving in very easy and certainly recommend to my friends.

I made multiple phone calls to Big Yellow Norwich and everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful.

Helder was so helpful; he explained each of the steps carefully so I knew exactly what I was taking on. He looked for the best deal for me and talked me through all the new arrangements regarding Covid. I have used Big Yellow in Norwich before and returned because I know that Helder, Gavin (and now Ethna) make a good, solid team, and I can trust them.

Easy, Quick,Simple, website could be updated.

Apart from the difficulty getting through to the store on the phone and always being redirected to the head office it’s been fine. However saying that the team in the local office has always called back in response to my call

Rob was very kind and patient with me. thank you

Slick operation. Promptly dealt with by Gavin, polite and friendly

Ethna very helpful and friendly

There was not a price list when I asked for one, however the staff explained how the costs could work. The process seemed very simple.

Prompt to confirm booking and follow up on booking.
