My initial enquiry was very simple, courteous and quite frankly couldn't have been better but, when we went to book in the lady was extremely friendly, knowledgable, answered our questions (from initial contact to the booking in stage I didn't think you could get better service however the lady whom we booked in with was above and beyond - definitely an extreme credit to your company)

Very efficiently as first self served from web site. In store I needed to increase my storage size and Gavin went above and beyond helping me get the right space. Painless love in thanks to him.

The member of staff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we fully understood the process and that were happy with everything he had explained.
