As a first time user of storage spaces, I felt everything was explained very clearly and was made easy to handle.

I was initially shown around the facility from a gentleman in the Norwich Branch. He was extremely clear and helpful with all his instructions and advice. With the booking and admin Ethna did all the paperwork and was very clear, helpful and made the whole thing a breeze.

Really impressed with how easy it was to book storage and the way I was showing around the site to make sure I was completely happy and also the booking in was brilliant many thanks
