Great customer service, really flexible options. A great deal on weekly storage of 150 sq ft. I was shown the unit and all the security was explained. Friendly staff with a great service. The member of staff explained how to use the facilities as well as helping me with the moving of my boxes.

Because it was easy to set up the room and make all the arrangements in advance--which gave me peace of mind. When I got there, Steve was very patient and helpful with everything that still had to be done, and gave very good advice.

I am reliant on my daughter and son in law to move house. Your company were able to be flexible to allow them to have access to the store. You provided enough large trolleys to take all the items to the store. The attitude of your staff, especially Amy on the reception, was just right
