We saw the big yellow advertisements on the building going up as it was built and were very keen to use the facility as it was so convenient to Beeston and was on the way to and from work. Our previous storage facility was on the other side of Nottingham and took surprising mental effort to get around to driving over there. Big yellow also has more corridor and parking space and much easier access (purpose built rather than converted). The staff were/are extremely helpful but without being intrusive. The only slight issue I have is the early closing times which make it impossible to visit after work without paying an extra fee. Because I would not be sure how often or when I was going to visit after work, an extra fee isn't justified for occasional convenience.
