Easy to use service, all staff I have spoken to were friendly and helpful.

Everything was explained to me very carefully. The contractual arrangement was laid out very carefully so I fully understood my obligations and the guarantees offered by Big Yellow. I was then given a guided tour of the establishment and shown details of access and the protection offered to my stored goods. All my questions were answered carefully and I had the impression of a real effort to give first class service. I even had the impression that if I had asked for a cup of tea as well I would probably have got that too.

Easily accessible, friendly staff, quick and easy paperwork

We were repeat customers, having previously found your company services to be excellent. On our return this time, I was hugely assisted by Tom. Nothing was too much trouble in his dealings with us from advice about the size of unit we needed, to paperwork, ensuring my discount voucher of £50 was applied, to his help at check-in time. It is a real pleasure nowadays to experience true customer service such as that provided to us by Tom.
