Elle was very helpful and friendly - would have been a 10 but we bought an 'out of hours' one-off pass that didn't work; luckily two members of staff were still in the building. However, using the intercom to talk to security was a little painful as it kept cutting out and we couldn't hear each other
The staff at the Nottingham branch were all very friendly and helpful , they explained everything I needed to know so was no need to ask any questions, when moved in Tom was great , showed and explained all regarding alarms and fire exits etc etc, could not wish for a better experience, will use again for sure.

Tom (the store manager) was incredibly friendly and helpful, I've never used a facility like this before and I appreciated Tom's help and general interest in me as a customer. Moving so far has been an absolute nightmare and I can't even begin to list the amount of human beings who you have to communicate with who forget you have feelings and you know... are purchasing a house! It's been stressful and the move to a storage unit wasn't ideal but necessary. I'm greatful for the organised, efficient and most importantly, friendly. I'd feel comfortable asking him questions in the future and feel assured my possessions are in safe hands.
