Easily accessible, friendly staff, quick and easy paperwork

We were repeat customers, having previously found your company services to be excellent. On our return this time, I was hugely assisted by Tom. Nothing was too much trouble in his dealings with us from advice about the size of unit we needed, to paperwork, ensuring my discount voucher of £50 was applied, to his help at check-in time. It is a real pleasure nowadays to experience true customer service such as that provided to us by Tom.

Friendly and understanding staff, very thorough and reassuring. I had unfortunately missed my moving in date but they were happy to change this and did so with the utmost courtesy which I appreciated.
