Everything was made very easy. The follow up call from my online quote, the advisor gave me a different size unit and it's exactly right. Checking in was also very easy.

The facility is much bigger and modern than I expected. Staff were very efficient and gave me the right amount of detail for me to understand how everything worked. Trolleys to help move things were a bonus.
