We recently moved from London to Nottingham, and Big Yellow Self Storage was incredibly helpful during the process. We managed to book a storage unit at short notice, which was such a relief. A special thanks goes to Maks, he is truly one of a kind. We were in a rush when we arrived, and Maks helped us check in quickly, explaining everything clearly and patiently. He was extremely kind and friendly, and gave us one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you so much, Maks, and to the entire big yellow team. Keep up the amazing work!
