Polite staff, clean environment and simple to store stuff at a busy / stressful time inbetween houses.

I was nearly entirely happy: moving from High Wycombe, I was given extensive unselfish advice by the Big Yellow staff there on the benefits of storing in Nottingham if I preferred; the receptionist in Nottingham was similarly extremely helpful, and the facilities are great. My only reservation is that originally i was offered a generous discount; when this failed to appear in the email confirmation I had to chase it; then when I arrived with the goods I was offered a lower discount. I politely insisted on the quote and each time I had an apology and immediate acceptance, but ideally this shouldn't happen. Overall, though, great job.

I am trying to pick on the service as surely it can't be %100 but not his time It's the best and would highly recommend. So clean and perfect temperature inside.

From first call to actually getting my stuff into storage it's been a great experience. Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional and the quick 'check in' procedure made a stressful moving day much easier. Thanks to the Nottingham team!

First class all the way staff very helpful not the cheapest storage but for all round value it is unbeatable. Very happy with all set up.
