The staff have been consistently helpful and provided particularly good service when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly.

From the moment I phoned tofind out about the storage process through to the final day, I was dealt with in a very professional yet friendly manner. Everyone seemed prepared to go out of their way to make it as stressfree as possible which, when you are moving house as I was, was excellent! I can't praise the service enough. I would recommend it to anyone and would always use it in future. Thanks Big Yellow!

Good service and friendly staff. Easy to use but a bit out of the way. I would prefer it closer to the train station for people like me without a car.

I chose Yellow Storage as the store offered weekend opening which was essential for access. Staff were courteous and efficient, and the price was great value for money. I have just recommended a friend!

The location and layout of the unit is great. The staff, helpful and friendly. Offered advice and useful tips. Couldn't fault this experience, which was out first, and would definitely recommend this and use again if needed myself.

I have never used storage before, and was very impressed by how easy it was. The young man at the store was extremely helpful, made sure we understood all the details, and made sure that we got the exact sized store-room we needed. When I needed to change some details, and was still out of the country, they went out of the way to get me the information, despite problems with my e-mail. Excellent service.

Very convenient location in Nottingham, would like access hours to be a bit broader without having to pay extra etc.

I was very pleased with the storage solution you provided. However, I do have to say the insurance is very expensive and I am sure puts a lot of people off using you. Would imagine you would more than make up the loss from the reduction in insurance from the increase in business a drop would make.
