The front of house staff were super helpful and friendly. Nicer facility than the storage place next door. Price matches local facilities.

Lily and Dan were both extremely friendly and professional when confirming on the phone and checking me in, respectively. Dan was very thorough in explaining how everything worked and making sure everything was in order, and the whole process was faster than I expected.

The whole process of booking was very straightforward, and the costs etc were explained very well. I am delighted that I chose Big Yellow Storage.
