My initial query was handled well although the quoted charges were not very clearly explained, especially the refundable deposit and may have resulted in me going elsewhere.

Got my own contents insurance as wasn’t aware you could price match . Could have saved me a bit of hassle if I had known . Lovely helpful guys . Extremely easy access . Disappointed about the 6 pm closing time as removal men were still moving me out my home . I forgot and it created a lot of stress . In hindsight for a long day house moving external lock ups may be more appropriate if they are if enough . Live and learn some help with talking through my needs and options may be more helpful. But overall fab service
After getting a quote online I was called the next morning to discuss the quote and my needs, within minutes I had a quote I was happy to proceed with. The Staff (Steve/Andy) have made the process of signing up and moving in as smooth less as possible.

pretty good--the first booking didn't include the discount but Andy sorted that out very quickly. Staff all very friendly but check in was rather slow and unfortunately we were moving our stuff at the same time as two other sets of people so had to keep waiting for the lift
I made contact late on as had a let down. The staff were very polite and knowledable and talked me through what they thought would suit my needs. It was a really good experience.
