I have used this company before a couple of years ago and find them to be excellent, really helpful and they explain everything so well too , overall I would highly recommend this company I booked in yesterday to the Peterborough Store and saw the Manager Steve who is extremely professional, polite and welcoming .He explained everything really clearly, he showed me the procedure for entry and exit of my store Unit The choice of units are excellent, I opted for an outside unit as it is easier for me to gain entry . Steve showed me how to use the back gate entry as I have opted for 24 hour entry as I work at the hospital on shift work so it is ideal for me to have access 24/7

Very organised and friendly service

Warm, friendly and welcoming staff. Made the whole experience of storing less stessful and offered plenty of advice towards, when / I’d move who could be suggested with household furnishing!

Everyone has been super friendly and efficient, especially Andy and Steve.
