Easy to check in, good storage space and accessability and easy to find location. Great customer service and very responsive to any queries

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change the start date of my booking three times, and they were incredibly patient and understanding. Steve in particular went out of his way to facilitate the 'moving in' process.

The team are very efficient in helping with all my queries and assisted with the set up of the unit. Jackie and Steve were a great help.

Friendly staff, easy to fill in and unload car. Not had an issue with having a space yet.

I have never used storage before so have no comparison but both staff that I dealt with were very helpful and made the process relatively simple
